Ta-daaaa!! Two prizes down, only.... *counts on fingers* ( :XD: ) ... erm, let's just say I'm not done yet ^//^`

:rose: Okay, here we have a request by Mizuhi-chan ( :iconxxxmizuhi-chanxxx: ) as a contest prize: she asked me to draw one of her OCs from her very cool manga, "In Between" or simply "Inbetu" as I call it :aww: So there we go, meet Hikaru mina-san!! :wave:

:rose: Drawing Hika-chan was.. it was pretty interesting. I tried and sketched a few poses before deciding this final expressed her peppiness and energy pretty well. I wanted to draw her with Neko-kun (okay, confession: I'm pretty sure that's not his real name but seriously, he's another character from Inbetu that has cat ears, I love him so much :heart: ) but.... Neko-kun ended up looking extremely disproportionate to poor Hika-chan who suddenly look veeeery small. TT__TT I know, I'm lazy, I still haven't worked on drawing two people next to each other if they're not chibis >< I've been busy, gomen mina-san!

:rose: Why purple and blue? :? Honestly, no clue. I thought green and blue would be cool too, but I'm a random girl so I changed my mind all of a sudden and went with purple and dark blue :shamrock: Also, I'm going to be doing something else is green and pale blue so I didn't want the two looking too similar. Gotta diversify, nee? ^^

Okay, that's pretty much all. Credits people!!

Well, I'm going to say you're welcome, because you are, and this was very interesting to draw ^^ I love drawing other people's OCs because there are certain styles I get to study and improvise before having to draw the sketch :heart:
Peppiness? It's when you're all happy and energetic, like, erm, like .... Momiji from Fruits Basket, but more normally since he's peppy in a childish way (which is still adorable :love: )
