Okay, this is m entry for V-chan (aka )'s Sailor Senshi OC contest ^^ Here's Atlanta's bio:

Real name: Kiseki Aoi (her first name is last and her last name is first, Japanese style) (her name litterally means Blue Miracle)
Background:
her parents drowned whilst on a cruise, Aoi-chan was the only survivor. She was placed in an orphanage at the age of 5.
When she was 10, a seagull named Tsov revealed to her that she is in fact Sailor Atlanta, protector of the sunk metropolis Atlantis.
Now, five years later, treasure hunters are on the brink of finding the lost city and it is now Aoi's duty to prevent her ancestors' buried secrets from surfacing once more...

So... what do you guys think? Personally, I like the story but the characters seems a little boring. I do like Aoi-chan's name though ^^
In other info...

her favorite food is noodles and vegetarian sushi (it's not like she's going to eat fish)
she has a phobia of deep water (since she almost drowned when she was little) which makes her job a little harder
her best friend is Hiro, a boy her own age whom she also has a slight crush on. Hiro is also part of the Atlantis project, making him a direct enemy of Sailor Atlanta. TT_TT
She transforms with the phrase "Atlantis Sunken Power"
she hates exploiters and especially treasure hunters.
Aoi-chan in only part Atlantian so her powers turn on and off at times, such as breathing underwater.
